As you all know by now, I keep spending my evenings at home alone and lonely, with books, beer and records … maybe the last record of today, and its a record of the time: stand by, this is the time, and this is the record of the time

Now I’ll slow things down a little bit, just a tiny little bit. Charles Mingus. Charles Mingus - Live At The Jazz Workshop - Fantasy Records - 1966 - German Repress from 1981 Getting tired slowly.

Now rotating: Cream - Fresh Cream - Polydor/RSO - 1967 (german pressing) Loving. I’m reading this book since a moment. My grandmother handed it down to me once. I’m interested in old books since I was at the age of twelve, or so. This is a quite beautiful issue. Schiller’s Meisterwerke - G. Grote’sche Verlagsbuchhandlung Berlin - 1868

Danzer is still playing great music. Some songs are happy some are really sad. The last 20 minutes was something like doin’ dumb shit photographing my fridge,  my proper fridge

This stunning record is playing right now. I’ve picked a Longplayer, so I could do many other things besides listening to music and then telling you what I’ve listened to. That would be boring. Georg Danzer - Liederbuch - Polydor - 1978 This was my beer-entrée. Now I’ll have something more exclusive. rollin’ and tumblin’ of course. Oh yeah, that should be the...

Lets go.
Right now, it’s 8.25 p.m. here in Dortmund, Germany.   So, I’m gonna do some sort of »live-blogging« this evening. Lets call it »pseudo-live-blogging«, because it’s not really live… I’ll just try to share my evening with you Let’s start with some photos I took on my way home from work. (All pictures are at really low-quality because the Easyshare C330 has seen...

I'd like to create a second blog soon.
It should be not only photography-related. It should be more of a place, where I’d like to share things of my daily life with you. This could be for example: special books and print-media selected from my collection records I’m listening to at the moment, or records I’ve recently bought some of my paintings some digital snapshots The problem is that I don’t have a...

It’s Gabriel Chemery from France with his blog Passage d’Enfer. Many of you are following him already, but maybe there are one or two people, who didn’t. I love his work so far. Note to my self: Check the tumblr-blogs you are loving more often, and also go to the archives and take a look at earlier work/posts. And give them support!
